- Stage 1
Application

- Stage 2
Phone Screen
If the Recruitment Team identify you have relevant skills and experience for the role they will contact you to arrange a phone interview to explore in more detail.Ā
- Stage 3
1st Stage Interview
We use the 1st stage interviews to assess a candidates technical competency and experience as well as your understanding of MIGSO-PCUBED
- Stage 4
2nd Stage Interview
Upon successful completion of the 1st stage interview you will be invited to a 2nd stage face to face interview at your regional HUB office to discuss cultural and IP contribution
- Stage 5
Offer
Upon successful completion of the 2nd stage interview the team will formulate an offer which will be presented to you by your Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Stage 6
Hired
Once you have reviewed your offer paperwork and returned your signed contract to MP we will be in touch to start the onboarding process ready for your 1st day
