- Stage 1
Application

You are welcome to use resources available including AI tools to research and prepare your application to MIGSO-PCUBED, however CVs submitted must be a factually accurate representation of your experience. During your interview the expectation is that you are not using AI generated responses to try to enhance your performance. - Stage 2
Arctic Shores Assessment
As part of your first stage interview we will ask you to complete a short online assessment with Arctic Shores.
No advance preparation is required. If you would like to familiarise yourself with the assessment format, you will have the option of completing a practice task in the preliminary section of the assessment.
Unlike a question-based psychometric assessment, the Arctic Shores task-based assessment consists of a series of interactive tasks. This gives you the opportunity to show us your true potential whilst enjoying an engaging experience.

- Stage 3
Phone Screen
If the Recruitment Team identify you have relevant skills and experience for the role they will contact you to arrange a phone interview to explore in more detail.
- Stage 4
1st Stage Interview
The 1st stage interview will be a conversation based around your CV, skills, relevant experience and understanding of MP. There will be time for questions and an opportunity for us to showcase our organisation.
- Stage 5
2nd Stage Interview
Upon successful completion of the 1st stage interview you will be invited to a 2nd stage face to face interview at your regional HUB office to discuss in depth your technical capability and cultural contribution
- Stage 6
Offer
Upon successful completion of the 2nd stage interview the team will formulate an offer which will be presented to you by your Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Stage 7
Hired
Once you have reviewed your offer paperwork and returned your signed contract to MP we will be in touch to start the onboarding process ready for your 1st day
