Phone Screen
If the Recruitment Team identify you have relevant skills and experience for the role they will contact you to arrange a phone interview to explore in more detail.

Online Assessment
As part of your first stage interview we will ask you to complete a short online assessment with Arctic Shores.
No advance preparation is required. If you would like to familiarise yourself with the assessment format, you will have the option of completing a practice task in the preliminary section of the assessment.
Unlike a question-based psychometric assessment, the Arctic Shores task-based assessment consists of a series of interactive tasks. This gives you the opportunity to show us your true potential whilst enjoying an engaging experience.

If selected you will be invited to attend a face to face interview at our London offices to explore your technical experience and for you to experience our culture.
